Sugar Free Chia Seen Granola

Introduction

A delicious granola that you can have in many ways. Add it to your yogurt have it instead of cereal in the morning. It's also a great snack which gives you a great vitamin boost.

How to make

1. Preheat the oven to 170°C/325°F/Gas Mark 3
2. Combine the melted coconut oil, cinnamon and salt in a small bowl
3. Mix the brown rice and millet flakes and all the seeds, nuts and goji berries in a large bowl. Pour the liquid mixture into the bowl and mix until uniform (you can use your hands, but make sure they're clean)
4. Spread granola on the baking sheet and bake for 35-40 mins until golden. Remove and allow to cool before mixing in the remaining ingredients.
5. Granola should be kept in an airtight container i a cool shaded place up to 10 days.

Ingredients


  • 5 tablespoons of Coconut Oil

  • 2 tablespooons of ground cinamon 

  • Pinch of salt

  • 350g brown rice flakes

  • 200g millet flakes

  • 65g pumpkin seeds

  • 65g chia seeds

  • 65g hemp seeds

  • 60g dried cranberries 

  • 100g walnuts, choped

  • 65g dried gogi berries

  • 8 dried figs choped
