Introduction
A great sugar free and gluten free pancake recipe to help you have a delicious breakfast with less sugar and calories.
How to make
1.Place the flour in a large bowl. Add the maca powder to taste. Add the hot water, almond milk, a pinch of salt, almond butter and 1 teaspoon of coconut oil mix thoroughly.
2.Heat the remainder of coconut oil in a large frying pan or on a griddle over a medium heat. Pour a ladleful of batter onto the pan and cook both sides until golden brown.
Ingredients
200g buckwheat flour
60ml hot water
300ml almond milk
1 tablespoon of almond butter
Maca root powder (optional)
4 teaspoon of Raw Coconut Oil
Pinch of salt
